The “new era of environment” is coming again

In today’s world, keywords related to environmental issues such as carbon neutrality, plastic free and SDGs are widely attracting attention. The “new era of the environment” is coming again following the period of high economic growth, when “recovery” of the environment such as air and water pollution was a challenge. While health and environmental words such as “LOHAS” and “organic” are attracting attention, Japan has long practiced a way of life that does not burden the environment, for example, organic agriculture based on nature. Carrying on the environmental business, we anticipate, at an early stage, that the era of increasing environmental awareness will come again. We have been among the first in the industry to take on various initiatives, such as solving the problem of treating large amounts of sludge in the water treatment process, cultivating without chemical fertilizers or agrichemicals and developing plastic-free flower-related merchandise.
We developed plant-derived compost in Ehime where the company is founded. We took initiatives for wastewater treatment recycling systems without electricity, with the support of JICA, in India. We cultivate and process functional carrots with less-nitrate ion and rich in alpha-carotene. We will continue to develop unique and valuable products in line with the times.
